What is wellness? Wellness is more than just a “buzz word”. Although there is no universally accepted definition of wellness, it has been defined as “a multidimensional state of being describing the existence of positive health in an individual as exemplified by quality of life and a sense of well-being.”

The multiple dimensions which make up wellness are:

Occupational: Occupational Wellness involves gaining personal satisfaction and finding enrichment in your life through work. When all of the above dimensions are in harmony, individuals achieve a greater sense of balance enabling them to live and enjoy life optimally.
